Beware - there is always something Car Rental Companies try and catch you out on - and succeed!!

Car rental is always fraught with hidden "dangers" so this Company is no worse than the rest but renters should note following:-

Booking form states excess/ deposit amounts will be blocked on the credit card ( as normal ) But on pick up asked to sign to take the deposit off the card , which it was _ waiting for its being credited back in

Returned with full tank , I ensured the tank was full past the auto click off But charged for an additional 3 litres fill up which is done without you there. Never had this before. Car was not inspected for damage at the return, what happens if they find something later and charge you for it?
