For the last 2.5 weeks I got a car from them whilst mine was at the panel beaters. With the heavy rains, I got an incident and had to get my car swapped. Well, when I was told how much the cost of the incident was, I had a lot of questions. After a few phone calls and nearly time to pick my car up, Banelle phoned me to wrap up the collection of their car. I mentioned the issue to her and she said that she would get back to me, after hearing about the cost.
