BAD SERVICE AT FIRST CAR RENTAL PINETOWN

I rented a hired car from First car rental and I paid a deposit of R1350 - when I returned the car I advised them that the spare tyre was used as the other tyre was flat and I managed to put air on it and it was back to normal. First car rental deducted an amount of R700 to buy a new tyre however when I asked for the other tyre back since they deducted money from me than the branch manager referred my query to their customer service and this matter was handled by Lesego Smous who told me that they are not going to give back my tyre and they are not going to refund me... Lesego Smous was very rude to me and not professional at all. Technically, the tyre belongs to me as they made me pay R700 so they can't take my R700 and take the tyre as well.. the service is very bad at First car rental and would advise others not to use them as they are ***** they take peoples money and their service is bad
