Bad service and delay in refund

On 29 April 2023 I rented a vehicle and was duly returned on 2 May 2023 after getting numerous reminders that the car was due to be returned. Almost two weeks later I still have not received my deposit refund. Also when I collected the vehicle there was a huge dent on the bonnet by it was not indicated on the checklist and luckily I went through the car before driving off with the agent only to several other damages not recorded so careful when renting from them
