Bad Service

Service is the worst. I pre-booked a vehicle and prepaid. I returned the vehicle 5 days early and now no refund!!! That is pathetic. They push for pre payment so as to speed up the release process but do not want to pay a refund. Worst car service rental company I have ever used!!!
