BAD SERVICE

<p>There is no communication watsoever at First car rental, Just had Guys pitch at my work address to collect the rented car.no one bothered to call and advise that there will be someone coming to collect the vehicle. i asked the guys what if you guys came and i was not at the office. When i asked them is there no paper or something as proof that you guys have collected the vehicle? the reply i got was "where is your blue paper"? The Service was terrible and not prpffesional at all. I will never ever use this car rental ever even if it was offered for for free</p>
