Bad attitude from Manager

I hired a car beginning of February 2018 than was told i need to come pay R2500 as i had extended.I went there to pay at the O.R tambo airport and while i was there i was approached by the newly promoted manager Patricia who is so rude to the core and said on top of the R2500 i need to pay an extra R3000 before i can leave with the.She(Patricia) told me how she is doing me a favour!Like with my money???she than said she has blocked my account for what good reason cause i had paid and was not in arrears.She is the rudest girl ever who screams at customers infront of other customers.She is not proffesional at all!Never again
