Awful experience

Had an absolutely horrible experience. I take extra care whenever I drive a rental car to avoid any damages to the car. We drove past gardeners cutting grass next to the road, so I took an extra wide turn around them to be sure to avoid them if they hit any rocks. The one gardener hit a rock and it went flying through the back left window. I phoned first car rental immediately, took the gardeners contact detail and immediately reported it to the police station. From there we immediately took the vehicle back to first car rental for a replacement. Sure enough they charged me the full amount for the window even though I was not at fault and provided all the information of the parties responsible. I'm pretty sure they anyways claimed from their ensurance as well... We had to cancel some of our holiday plans to make the payment. Will not be using them again. Wish I read their reviews beforehand.

Would NOT recommend them!!
