******* AND LIES!!!!

On booking.com and the first car rental site, it stated that coming early would be appreciated but if I came late for the booking, the possibility was great that my car rental would be given to the next person. So to avoid this ,I got there 30 mins earlier and the car was not even ready for me, in fact it was 25mins late and I had to be in sun city before 12 which I did not make it , and the team just kept apologising as if it would compensate for lost time. Then as I was signing documents and making payments, the agent proposes 2 different holding amounts , one of 12 000 (which I knew about), then another of 6000. My next obvious question to the agent is then what is the difference if I now choose the smaller holding deposit, she confidently told me, there is no difference , I will receive all my money back !!! Just to see, that they deducted 595 from the returnable deposits and now REFUSING to return my money even though THEY MADE THE ERROR to not brief me well !!! This is daylight ******* !!!!! Can anyone help me to take this further cause it is not fair that I have to pay for their mistakes AT ALL !!!!!!
