Absolutely ridiculous!!!

<p>Never in my life have I received such bad service! This is absolutely ridiculous!!! Staff at OR Tambo are extremely ***********! 11 days later and I am still waiting for my refund! My details have been mixed up with a foreign couple with the same surname. They took the wrong card number. Can't get through to the call centre! This is absolutely ridiculous, I will never make use if First Car Rental ever again!!!!</p>
