Absolute *******!! Do not rent from this car rental.

Total *******!!! They did not have the car I booked and made me Pay extra for another car and increased my excess to ZAR 13,500. ****** me by adding extra charges and taxes. I filled the tank when I returned the car. The guy checked everything and said it’s all fine and made me sign the return sheet. Got an Email to say they still refill the tank even though the car was returned with a full tank of petrol. They charges me ZAR 413.09 + Admin fees. My initial rental was ZAR 2344 but invoiced me ZAR 3494.65. Absolute *******!!!
