A response would be great!?!?!?

I am honestly disgusted with the lack of feedback received!!! My vehicle was ****** and I had to hire a vehicle through you. The collecting process was quick and easy but on returning the vehicle... what a nightmare! And then came the account... Firstly, I returned the vehicle with 755.8km - the invoice states 758 (minor, but which is already incorrect) - I even took a photo of the odometer/fuel reading at the branch when delivering the vehicle. Then I get a charge on the invoice of R251.00 - as I returned the vehicle with a 3/4 tank. When I filled the tank a few days prior it only cost me R360 odd rand. So I'm struggling to understand how 1/4 tank can cost R251.00? I have requested the refuelling slip - still haven't heard a single word from them!?<br> I also requested them to send me the e-toll statements... As I work in Midrand - I travel through gantries but with my ****** vehicle's e-toll I used to put R230.00 on my e-tag and would last me a month or more. I have used your rental vehicle for less than a month and the e-toll charges are R350.00? Please supply me with this statement as well, as I struggle to understand this cost?<br> <br> ANY feedback would be great or reply on my e-mails??
