A First Car Rental hired car knocked and damaged my car and they now Quiet for months

In April 2019 i was driving my daughter and her friends all ages 7 to go wimming in town and my car was knocked by a tourist whom was driving a car rented from First Car Rental. after contacting First Car Rental i was advised by them that they will fix my car after getting a quotation to fix my car they insisted i bring my car to them to be repaired... its now the 6 September and im still awaitng their help as promised .

this is pathetic as i never had a car to go to work in as i am a director of various businesses around the City.
