1First Car Rentals - choose your managers wisely

If I am going to spend my hard earned cash at a business, I demand that you respect and treat me with dignity. This was not my experience at 1First Car Rentals. The first gentleman I dealt with - Monwabisi, was patient and kind explained everything in detail. Something one would expect from a service driven business. However, after collecting the vehicle was when I experienced unprofessionalism and snarky behaviour, by none other than the manager, Bernadette Fisher.

She had a bad attitude together with the woman who inspected the vehicle. Instead of explaining how the car operates, I was expected to know that the car had a fuel saving feature. And when I returned the car about an hour later thinking there was something wrong with it, I was made to feel dumb.

People in the service industry can either make or break a business. Some of them don't appreciate their jobs. There are many who wish they could earn a living. If service is not your thing, find a different job. It's that simple. And to the service industry...ongoing training would go a long way.
