1First Car Rental OR Tambo

First car rental. I am disgruntled by the service i received from first car OR Tambo.. I seached for the cheapest cars on line for me to use .The options were many and from different car rentals. Now as usual i opted for firstcar rental.They tell me they do not have such a car. They asked me to book on line and the transaction online took my R 760. They asked me to pay R7500 responsibility...iam ok with this. They asked me to pay R3000 deposits...iam still ok with it.. They asked me to pay R950 Group A* rental for the car NOW THE LADY SHE WENT INSIDE AND TOOK THE KEYS ...and now i have a KWID and online i had selected fiat
