First Call Plumbing - Bull**** Plumber Company - please do not use!!!

Wayne, the owner of First Call Plumbing, is an *********** plumber. He quoted me to do an installation of a washing machine R650.00 Call out fee and R350.00 per hour labour. He told us that it will only take him an hour. Well he charged me R650.00 call out fee plus 4hours labour at R400 plus parts - R600.00 which total is R2850.00. I paid for a plastic tap R500.00. I looked up on Builders Warehouse website and the exact price for the plastic tap is R70.00???? This man is a bull****ter. I only paid R1500.00 and when I refused to pay the balance he started threatening me. I had no other choice but to pay the bslance. He has blocked our cell phone numbers as well as our whatsapp. We had to get another plumber in to repair his mess. The pipes he installed was leaking and the flat below us as well as my own flat was under water. The water was syfering through the wall to the outside too. The cist of the repairs are R3950.00. We also have to pay for the danage to the building as well as the damage to the flat below as well as our own damage. When we confronted him with an email sent to him he said that we are using ****ed up plumbers and he refuse to pay back our money. He is not prepared to work with us to solve this issue. In my personal opinion this plumber is an absolute *******. He said he is work for a lit of unsurance companies and he never had any come backs. I would like all the insurance companies where he is registered as a supplier to audit him. This man is an absolute bull****ter to say it mildly. I can use a lot of foreign languages but then I step down to his level and I am not prepared to do that. This plumbing company should be investigated. Thank you. Helen Potgieter
