Bad service

Bought a battery from First battery through Intertoy Toyota April 2024. Battery has a 24 months warranty. Now it's dead and I am being given a run around. I am being told maybe it's the alternator, maybe the car was stationery for a while. I even had to ask them to perform an alternator test and give a report. Test done but no report for me. It's like they are looking at ways not to honor their warranty. Now I am inconvenienced I have to wait for a report from their Rustenburg office.This is bad bad service
