Horrible service and no customer care

I bought a Battery last year December, with 12 months warranty. The battery started to give me issues around March this year. What puzzles me is that I don't play music while engine is off. I went to the store for help, I was told that they will look for me a battery to loan. They must need to check the one in my car. It's been a months now ,i haven't heard from them. When I go in person I'm told they don't have a battery to loan that can fit it my car.
