First Battery Center Pietersbug

Last year in April, I bought a battery from them with a two years guarantee, I then started experiencing problems with the battery and in August this year I took the battery in they checked on the battery and told me there was nothing wrong with the battery, I continued experiencing the same problems even after they said the battery was fine, on the 7th of November I took back the battery again they took in the battery and said that I should come check on the battery the following day of which I did, the tests confirmed that indeed the battery was died. Instead of replacing the battery as it was still withing the prescribed period they told me they will call me back on Tuesday the 12th, it is the 13th without them giving me my battery back. They are now playing hide and seek.
