Poorest level of service ever

I bought a battery from first battery center meyorton August 2023 and was told that I have 2 years warranty and may 2024 battery started giving me problems and I called the branch and was told that if I can take it to a nearby battery center ill get an exchange and I did but as a result that I had my proof of payment from the bank the battery center in Bloemfontein were a bit difficult and I informed the guys in meyorton and they said I should bring it to meyorton, as it will be easier for an axchange and as a result of me being tired up due to my job the guy advised that I should put it on Charge to check if it will respond and I bought a charger and did as discussed and advised the guy that if I don't come right I will make a plan to come to meyorton, but later june the battery could no longer charge and I called the guys and informed them. 18 November 2024 I drove to meyorton and upon my arrival was advised that I cannot be helped as my battery had a scratch and now got shown a template on the wall that was never there at the 1st place, neither was I even told such when I came to buy and the guy helping me confimed that they had just mounted it to the wall. When I asked the guy what should I do, he told me to buy a new battery, a friend of mine that works for a retail company interviened and now only I was told that the battery will be send somewhere, I drove all the way after several phone calls to the Company and returned empty handed a week later I follow up and I still cannot get a straight answer as to when am I getting my battery back. I took a picture of my battery and just wanted to post it on Facebook to find out if this is fair
