Review censorship

I submitted a genuine, factual product review to First Ascent's website, including legitimate criticism of the product. It was never published.

I have since noticed what appears to be another issue with their review system. A product page shows 4.7/5 based on 1 review, with the rating breakdown showing one 4-star review. Yet the only review actually displayed is a 5-star review.

These figures are clearly inconsistent. A single 4-star review would give a rating of 4.0, while a single 5-star review would give 5.0.

I have also found older 1-star reviews that were published, so I am not claiming that First Ascent removes every negative review. However, my own legitimate negative review was not published, and the inconsistencies above raise serious concerns about how their review system selects and calculates published reviews.

Customers should be able to trust that product reviews and ratings accurately represent customer feedback. First Ascent should explain how reviews are moderated and why legitimate reviews may not be published.
