Poor service delivery

I bought the attached jacket for my wife two years ago washed it with the required washing liquid. Now the suppliers advised that it is an old product and do not warrant their guarantee as per their adverti*****t see below.

Warranty Policy All of First Ascent's gear is guaranteed to perform and is covered by a warranty to the original owner against any manufacturing defects.

Should the fabric, materials or construction of your First Ascent product ever let you down, we commit to repair or replace your purchase at our discretion. This excludes wear and tear from normal use of the product, as well as any damage due to the improper use, alterations or modifications or an accident.

Note the extraction that should it ever let it you down they will replace, this is not the case. They bluntly refused to even consider my request.
