false adverti*****t, no refund and bad attitudes

after ordering online a product from the First Ascent (Performance Brands) website, I noticed the product I ordered was not the same as the product displayed on the website. I had no luck exchanging the invalid product for the item displayed on the website - nor was a refund an option, instead I spent countless minutes on the phone dealing with people with bad attitudes. you'll not see me buy from you again, you have my word.
