Excellent Service

I bought a First Ascent trail running jacket online for my trail race this coming weekend and for compulsory race kit I needed a waterproof jacket. I bought the X Trail instead of the AR Xtrail waterproof jacket . I then called and emailed to ask can it be exchanged to the AR Xtrail waterproof jacket and was assisted by Abby who was amazing and putting me at ease saying it can be done. The process was swift and Abby kept in contact with me through out the process ,via email and telephone even until I received my garment. The reception at First ascent (Performance Brands) was excellent.Jammie and Abby wellndone and thank you.I Can't wait to play in the rain 😀
