Delivery never dispatched

On 18 December an order was placed with First Ascent, money was deducted and an email was received - stating order details and courier name and waybill number. Delivery was promised in 2 to 3 days. Items are required for holiday purposes. Today I visited the courier company, the waybill number doe not exist and no orders are listed either for me or from Performance Brands. The Performance Brands office is closed over the holiday period and does not respond to emails or phone calls. <br> This is very unprofessional !!
