Bad quality water bottles

I'm very disappointed with the quality of your silicone water bottles. I purchased one last week to use for my Ultra Marathon and when I tried to fill it up with water, it had a hole in the bag! I couldn't use it for the rest of my race which was so bad. Is this the quality of all your products? Do you not check things when they go out of the factory? Clearly I need to spend more money to buy a better quality brand because First Ascent can't be trusted. When I tried to get a replacement, I got no response. So there's no customer service either. I will not be recommending your brand at all.
