Amazing service on telephone and online

I am a registered emergency nurse. During this pandemic, we are have to wear scrub gowns during work, which we remove before we get home, and then sterilise them. Needless to say, the cold is not something easily managed in scrubs, as we can't wear jerseys or jackets. So I've been looking for, and failing at, suitable base layers. I asked a friend what she wears when she goes skiing, and she mentioned First Ascent as one of the warmer brands. I went to a chain store that stocks FA, but the salesman could tell me nothing about the different types of base layers. So I called the customer service number, with little hope of help. I got through to the most amazing lady in sales, unfortunately I forgot her name as I was in between patients when I called. She told me the difference between the different types of fabric and even helped me with sizing (we went as far as to compare heights and weights!) and also directed me to the part of the online website where the sizing guide is located. After many mistakes from various brands, I finally feel comfortable about the order I placed with FA and look forward to receiving some warmth! I just want to commend the lovely lady (I only know that she is 1,78m tall, 6cm more than me!) and the team at FA, including the user-friendly website, on an amazing service. I will definitely be purchasing more from your range in the future and will definitely be recommending it to others who are in the same position as I am. A heartfelt thank you to all at FA.
