First Alarms and Monitoring is Pathetic

I have been a client of this company for 19yrs. Since mid May my alarm has been faulty and I have reported it to First Alarms and Monitoring. The technical department set up an appointment to repair the alarm but failed to do so.

I was sent an email quotation which stipulated that half the amount was to be paid and proof emailed to the company. Payment made and emailed...I contacted the lady Nanditha from accounts to advise of the payment and to arrange for the repairs. She advised me that she would contact me after checking the company bank statements. To date I am awaiting her call.

Payments for monitoring is deducted on time but even Mr Ajay Singh who is the manager failed to respond to calls and messages. My concern is if there is a break in...my insurance would not pay .
