Empowers *****ulent practice

In October 2024 I signed up to receive a advance from a company called empower I found empower in the Google play store well empower was to collect the money for the advance in Nov 2024 on November 22nd empower went into my account to collect $8 subscription fee but failed to take the advance empower claimed that I didn't have the funds in my account well empower never attempted to collect anything in Nov except for $8 I tryed to look at my account in Nov and I was locked out by empower empower claimed that they locked my account because of late payment I have been trying to be patient with the company but they are not honest and they have been still taking $8 from my account they have not updated my account and I have sent empower my state ID and pictures of me holding my ID as of yesterday I tryed to log in again to my account and now empower is claiming that I don't have a email address but they emailed me several times to it. Þhey don't answer the phone number provided. I have reviewed empower in Google 3 times after I checked into complaints against empower I was amazed at how many people have complained against empower for taking money from people who are not and made it clear like I have to unscribe me return my money and I deal with chat bot again this app is dishonest and keeps coming up with excuse or another I have bank statements to show noone tryed to remove the amount I owed until Xmas when they were toremove the money in Nov don't even try to use the app they will do same you they have not gotten back to me yet for almost 6 weeks . I want empower to admit that are at fault and I want get the money back they keep removing out of my account.
