Wrong Table Delivered Nothing Done to Correct

<p>I ordered a specific table and chairs over the phone with this company. The lady confirm the table I was ordering could be done in the size I wanted. Delivery was done speadily, however, the wrong table was delivered. When I email them to tell them this, they rep**** to say they apologies but the factory no longer makes the table I wanted, so they sent the next best thing, didnt even confirm it with me. Now a week later and I am still fighting with them as am not happy to have received something I didnt want originally.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely I should be given either the option to change the table for something I actually want, at no extra costs, or they should refund me some of my money. I paid R24 214.80 and they think I must just be happy with whatever they feel I should have.</p> <p> </p> <p>They then send me pics of other peoples orders and say those people were happy with their order. What??? They ordered that, obviously that is why they are happy. I can tell you now if that was not what they actually ordered they would be just as angry as me.</p> <p> </p> <p>They have a dont care attitude. They have their money in their pocket so just dont care any more.</p> <p> </p> <p>I still havent even received the touch up kit they promised so that I can do touch ups on the chairs which were delivered with damage to each chair.</p> <p> </p> <p>The fact they have a "no reply" on HelloPeter, just shows they dont care about their clients who are unhappy.</p>
