<p>It is always easy to complain when things don't go your way, but I would like to compliment the sales staff and management of this particular Patio store 'Firnic' we managed to find on the net.</p> <p>Their service is professional and I will definitely deal with them again.</p> <p>We have become accustomed to bad service but there are still companies that deliver great service and put their customers needs first.</p> <p>Great job Firnic i feel we will be seeing so much more of the brand and name in the future.</p>
