The customer can get stuffed, we're lawyered up to the hilt

Our initial contact with Brandon was very pleasant, he convinced us of the quality to be expected, confirmed 50% deposit and the balance upon delivery and went out of his way to be helpful in every possible way, so we placed an order for just under R30 000 with confidence. A few weeks later, we called to enquire regarding the now late delivery, only to be told Brandon no longer works for the company. 4months later, we've had bits and bobs delivered in 3 separate deliveries and are still waiting for a last missing piece. We've also by now dealt with a number of other employees, who subsequently also each no longer work for the company, they alll seem to last a month or so. Some of the pieces are so badly constructed, we wanted to return them, only to be pointed at the small print in the T&Cs ( obviously disingenously written by lawyers in arcane language that drones on for several pages..........) , which make any dissatisfaction on the part of a customer to be an impossible exercise to seek redress for. PatioSA kept laying the blame for the incomplete deliveries at the door of Timefreight, their couriers....and would have us believe that THIS company is responsible for picking and packing orders. Come on! Pull the other one! Each waybill presented by Timefreight was correct as loaded. So, when all is said and done and PatioSA having after our initial order and deposit payment insisted on full payment in advance of ANY delivery, we are now stuck with items that look like they were made by schoolchildren. Not a happy experience and one best noted by intended future customers.
