Shocking Customer Care

We bought a wrought iron patio set [table and 4 chairs] in July, at a cost of nearly R 10 000.00. Delivery took place in August. All 4 chairs were damaged. Company blamed 'the factory'. To date, have refused to replace [or even repair] damaged goods. Really poor customer engagement. Avoid at all costs.
