Poor service

<p>I got to say dealing with this company has been very frustrating. Ordered a patio set and in true fashion, full payment was requested (and paid) once the order was ready. The fun and games started thereafter.....Patio set was delivered 4-5 days late with no delivery information provided and I literally had to beg this company to provide this. Delivery was subsequently made with 5 normal chairs and 2 broken chairs and one chair being completely different. To add to this the cushions are nowhere to be seen. After returning the broken chairs the company proceeded to replace them with 2 incorrect chairs and the cushions are still missing. In summary, the placement of the order was the easy part, getting the order right has been unbelievably challenging, and my order is still incorrect and incomplete. I would most definitely not be using this company for any future orders. </p>
