Unprofessional and unorganized stuff

What a nightmare !!I booked for my birthday two weeks before and I phoned to confirm on the day earlier I spoke the manageress by the name of Princess or Precious I can't remember very well.When we arrived the tables were not reserved for the party and all tables were packed .It was quite an embarrassment to me for my guest to stand for half an hour waiting ,I literally had to go to the manager like 3 times in order for us to get a tables .Issac the waiter neglected us for good 2 hours when we were ready to order he told us the kitchen was closed .
