Rude wedding chapel custodian

Had the worse experience of my career dealing with Jacqui Scott William's from Firgrove Wedding Chapel in Assagai. Terribly rude and obnoxious. I arrive early as you do in the AV world to set up for a wedding, she has the audacity to tell me to go park down bottom of the garden, so that I don't drive over her stone driveway. I mentioned to her that I have equipment to carry and her car is parked on the driveway. She then tells me to phone the bride and tell her to pay for another cleaning crew. Then while I'm carrying equipment she tells me to take off my shoes before I go into the chapel. I told I unfortunately cant, I need to carry equipment and I'm dressed for a wedding. Then proceeded to tell me to get off her property because the bride had only paid from 3:30 onwards, I can come after that. Which is not enough time to set up efficiently. I asked her why she was so rude and how does she do business? Told me doesn't need my business as shes busy every weekend. Future brides and grooms please be aware of this. This is not the way to conduct yourself in the service or any industry for that matter. Terribly shocked and disgusted
