firewood.co.za refuses to deliver good paid for

After paying for a delivery of firewoord in full, the delivery team arrived at my house only to tell me that they are "not allowed to make a delivery if the delivery will take more than 10 minutes". When I called the owner to understand why I was not made aware of this requirement when paying for my order in full, he said that they have "too many deliveries" and cannot spend 5 extra minutes at my property to complete the delivery. When I then asked for a refund, the owner became belligerent, saying that he "does not need my business". The owner refused to say when he will be able to refund me and said I am welcome to lay a ******** charge if I wanted to, but he will not tell me when to expect the refund.
