Shoes damaged after several wears and no response.

I bought a pair of Firetrap shoes when I was in the UK in December. A few months down the line the soles on both shoes are badly damaged, probably after wearing them 10 -15 times. I have not used them for anything inappropriate like hiking. I bought these shoes on a sale but their full price was 80 GBP so they were pretty expensive. I sent Firetrap an email via their website months ago and have not received any reply. In my opinion completely unacceptable, this was the first and will be the last time I buy any Firetrap goods.
