Firetecpro fireplaces

Please be wary of this company, quotes us in June 2020 and then revised the quote in July stating the fireplace price went up from R10500 to R13200, supplier is GC Fires BTW, we paid the deposit and the service was so horrible, installation was delayed and basically we were told that we are not the only customers, tried to exchange the unit as it was too small for the area and contacted the actual supplier GC Fires only to be told the unit was not R13200 and the price remained R10500, this is ************ business dealings and it is not ethical to operate in this manner. Nicole is rude and when I communicated with her about the overcharge she sent me a thumbs up confirming that she hiked the price without reason.

Fireplace was paid in full at the higher price and the only reason I am posting this is for the future buyer to be aware!!!!

I have all the communication including how Nicole thumbed up when I told her we were **********.

Further to this, her business partner is Pete, he confirmed a refund for the overcharge and when we followed up, he told me that he would come to my house and sort me out! Threatening your customers is not acceptable, thieving and ripping people off seems to be the order of the day for Firetecpro!

Donot spend your money doing business with them, they are shockingly *********!!!
