Done waiting for a quote - Firetech Projects

I'm trying to obtain a quote from this company, that a number of years ago installed our fire alarm system. The changes and upgrades that we want is more or less R60 - R80 000's worth. But since 18 August when our first contact was, I had a hard time to communicate with Shantelle. And needless to say, I still haven't received the quote since she visited our premises on 23 August.
