Worst service ever! Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star

Worst experience ever. Quick to upgrade or sign you up. But canceling your account- took over 3 months. Worst service from both Mark and Shuan. No customer service or assistance instead rude and arrogant and unhelpful. I don’t suggest using this service provider ever! Have had issues from the get go.
