Worst customer ever

Not even one star worth. Pathetic customer department. Defnitly the worst department finance Dept. With the manager name starting with B and surname starting with S. They changed there name from skyfi to Fibrestream last year I wonder why. Same personell. Iade payment into wrong account Febr they refusing to pay me back. I even tried threw the bank they still refusing. So they stole my money.
