Warning to anyone looking for an ISP

Unfortunately, I am currently a Firestream customer. All is great when the services are up and running, but if you have a problem, there will be no response.

This is a one-man operation, and it shows. If you're already a customer, sorry! If you're out looking for an ISP, go anywhere else.
