Unacceptable service

Pre sales service is awesome I moved so requested line move Was quoted in the document i had to fill in at R 1 100 Telephonically i was informed the price is R 2000 Arranged a date took off work just to be notified that morning that they apologise but they will not be coming to install my line. Made a new booking, requested the date to be moved from the 8th of March to the 12th. Phoned on the 12th and was told no booking had been captured they will investigate and get back to me. Got mailed again and got informed that a new date will be sent for installation I have 2 lines with them and i am considering cancelling both as the after sales service is terrible. Like most companies they are friendly until they signed you up
