The worst *********** idiots I have ever dealt with

The absolute worst. After neglecting to bill me for 3 months after opening my account with them they hit me with a 3 month backdated invoice payment due within 24hrs of recieving the invoice. After admitting the fault was caused by an error on their side they refused to make a reasonable repayment option resulting in me spending all of my disposable income for the month to rectify their mistake. I have been receiving half the line speed that I am paying for but every time I bring this up with them it is refuted and I am told I'm incorrect... Now recently they have neglected to debit money from my account again and I have been phoning them to sort it out all month but all I can seem to get is a answering machine telling me nobody is available. So since I have not been able to get in contact with them because they do not answer their phones they have now cut my internet off.
