THE WORST FIBRE SERVICE PROVIDER LICENCED BY VUMATEL
For Vumatel, this company must be the most embarrassing company to Vumatel. Their Support and Service is absolutely ZERO, it is disgusting, they do not answer any calls, there is no follow up from their side. THEY COMPLETELY IGNORE CUSTOMERS VUMATEL SHOULD SERIOUSLY CONSIDER REMOVING THEM AS A SERVICE PROVIDER. OR CONTACT THEM TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER ISSUES.

After months of trying to contact this company we had no response from them, we sent several emails, called their customer number, we had no feed back.
During October they sent through a letter of demand, we negotiated with them and were a little tight on cash at the time and could not pay on the 20th October
We then paid them in full on the 24th October and in that afternoon we received emails from debt collectors called VI DEBT RECOVERY IN MOSSEL BAY and have been shockingly abusing and harassing me for money i do not owe them.
There must be a legal system that protects innocent people from companies like this
Not even from our jurisdiction claiming R1777.00 from me, and threatening to black list me if i do not pay...
PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHO I CAN GO TO TO STOP THESE PEOPLE FROM TRYING TO FORCE ME TO PAY THIS MONEY.
I HAVE ALL THE EMAILS AND DOCUMENTS AND TIMES OF CALL TO FIRE STREAM, I HAVE ALSO KEPT ALL EMAILS FROM THIS COMPANY VI DEBT RECOVERY AND WHATSAPP MESSAGES.
