STAY AWAY from FIRESTREAM!!!!

At first fire stream was great, then they stopped responding, they were very quick to upgrade us from a 25meg like to a 50 meg line, then to down grade months later, never once got a response after a whole lot of emails, no response, I tried calling but the line either just hangs up or it rings and rings, regardless what time we call, then magically our line got downgraded, and got invoices for a 25meg line, but got debited off our account for the 50meg line, again no response, they are a pathetic service, on top of that now our line has been completely cut, and guess what... no response yet again.... they are a bunch of good for nothing *******!!
