Service, WHAT service?????? It SUCKS big time

Initially we had very good service and were singing their praises but since December we have nothing but terrible to no service either from their support team or operations team and to this day we still have little to no internet connection. They keep closing tickets saying resolved but NOTHING is resolved. When we call to complain we get told "I Understand" and nothing happens and anytime I ask to speak to management, they are NOT available. We currently have no connection and have had none since the start of the month
