I cannot believe Vumtel would want their brand associated with these clowns. they hold you to ransom when they clearly at fault. I would never say this about any SME, but Vuma, you need to remove them as an ISP from your panel, they are doing you more damage than anything else. No Support, just promises and threats. stay away people, stay away.
