NEVER ENCOUNTERED SUCH POOR SERVICE!!!!!!

Never encountered such BAD SERVICE from any company in my life!!! Lots of promises but can seldom keep it!!! Once they have your money you are forgotten!!! To cancel a contract is even worse.....NO FEEDBACK AT ALL!!! Service is poor!!! Think twice before you use this company for internet services. We signed up for a uncapped package in February 2018........ first two appointments for installation were never kept!!! After many whatsapps, emails and calls they eventually pitch up just to find out that their system can not be adopt at our premises with an antenna. Then we wanted to cancel the contract because they could not provide service, they just refused to refund us our installation fee of more than R4000. We asked professionals for internet, we did not know what is needed for this internet connection because we are NOT THE SPESIALISTS!!! Now we are still struggling to get our contract cancelled but still we pay our monthly fee up till now. As for the alternative UNCAPPED internet that we were offered, we hardly have any benefit because it runs OUT OF BUNDLES every second or third day!!! Then the whatsapps and emails starts all over again to get the internet running!!! And still the contract is not being cancelled so we stopped our debit order.
